Description: Egyptian themed three-piece Pharoah costume featuring a gold tone chest plate with red jeweled rhinestone cuffs. The satin lined decoration of the loincloth is signed "Love Michael Jackson" in silver felt tip pen. Costume has an iridescent pleated loincloth skirt with gold tone accents and satin lined multicolored silk central swatch, and a gold tone head dress with backed with a striped head cloth. The head piece is marked "NBC Extra". This costume was worn by one of Michael's back up dancers at the 7th Annual Soul Train Awards, where they were dressed to resemble the video made for "Remember the Time." Sold by Julien's Auctions (Lot #615) for $5,000 at their 2010 Icons & Idols auction. All screen captures are the property of their respective owners. |
