Description: An Acrylic on canvas portrait of Michael during the Thriller era created by Nate Palant. Palant made some paintings for the Neverland Ranch. When he visited Michael there, he saw this painting hanging in Michael’s bedroom. After Palant said to Michael that he wished he had a print of this painting for his own home as it was his favourite of the paintings he created for Michael, Michael sent the original painting to Palant as a gift. Michael signed it with “To my friend NAT Michael Jackson 1998." There also is a letter by Nate Palant that outlines the details on the history of the painting. Sold by Julien's Auctions (Lot #349) for $16,250 at their 2010 "Legends" auction. All screen captures are the property of their respective owners. |
