Description: Black military style jacket with double breasted front closure, burgundy silk lining and armband, gold and black striped ribbon epaulets and large gold metal eagles at each shoulder. The jacket was sold along with a copy of a handwritten letter from Amy Hartman on MJJ Productions Office of Special Services letterhead dated June 30, 1998, explaining that this jacket is one of five that traveled with Michael on tour and that the jackets were given to employees and donated for charitable purposes. Sold by Julien's Auctions (Lot #585) for $31,250 at their 2011 "Music Icons" auction. All pictures and screen captures are the property of their respective owners. |
