Hi guys,

I was wondering what you do when you get your hands on an unopened sealed record? I recently bought the 12" scream/childhood single which is still newly sealed, and I'm itching to open it. Is this a bad idea? I'm pretty sure it's the original back from 1995 so it would be extra special to keep it unopened for many years, and it will go up in value. What does anyone else do? Can you resist leaving things unopened? I'm struggling!!!!

Definetely keep it sealed. Vintage MIP records are hard to come by and will become rarer and more valuable as time goes on. If it's the only copy you have, maybe you should also get a loose one so you are not tempted to open this.

That will be a non good idear to open your cope of the item
I had many unopened or never used items in my collection, sometimes if it is a not valued item i buy i normally get 2 one to keep excact new and one to use.

I had also been to an auction to get point of some of my items, and when its fresh it can keep up to more than the 4th time prize than an open... That became of how valued or many Peaces there are made of it single item...

And that's not only for MJ items, that can go for most other stuff that goes for an collector (Toys, Pens, Cartoons aso)
