7 3/4"x12" bag comes with an exclusive "promotional only" cassette tape of BOTDF called "Medley Of Highlights From The Album Blood On The Dance Floor" which is 9:12 long (XPC 001C). Also includes a Ghosts/BOTDF postcard, BOTDF/Ghosts orange balloon", a black BOTDF pen, and a color BOTDF button. This was most likely given to those who attended one of the theatrical premieres of Ghosts in Europe (as per the back of the promo cassette tape). 1997 Epic (UK)
