Description: From Julien's Auctions: A red leather J. Palo Michael Jackson Beat It style jacket. The jacket was originally donated to a charity and given to an ill child. The child was subsequently invited to Neverland Ranch, and he wore the jacket to the ranch. When the child met Michael Jackson at the ranch he asked him to sign the jacket. The jacket is signed on the right chest in black felt tip pen, "Love Michael Jackson." This jacket is accompanied by a letter from the boy's mother outlining the sequence of events. Sold by Julien's Auctions (Lot #533) for $132,000 at their 2010 Music Icons auction. All screen captures are the property of their respective owners. |
