All Night Dancin' Songwriting Contract With The Jacksons (1978)

Description:

Fully executed music publishing agreement dated August 1, 1978 and signed by Joseph W. Jackson on behalf of The Jacksons' newly formed publishing company, Peacock Music Publishing Company and each of the Jacksons: Steven R. Jackson, Michael Joe Jackson, Marlon D. Jackson, Tariano A. Jackson and Sigmund E. Jackson (Randy, Michael, Marlon, Tito and Jackie respectively).  The agreement gives each of the brothers a 20% share in the publishing rights to the song "All Night Dancin'" from their Destiny album.

Sold by Julien's Auctions (Lot #366) for $3,520 at their 2010 Music Icons auction.  All screen captures are the property of their respective owners.
