Sycamore Valley Ranch Custom Brochure (1987)

Description:

An original professionally printed brochure promoting the sale of the Sycamore Valley Ranch that was purchased by Michael in 1987 and named Neverland Valley Ranch. The full-color brochure includes lots of photos of the property and a signed letter from Mr. William Bone who designed, built and sold the property to Michael. The brochure was sold together with a copy of the first and signature pages of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale for the home and a copy of Michael’s signed deposit check.

Sold by Julien's Auctions (Lot #390) for $6,250 at their 2010 "Legends" auction. All screen captures are the property of their respective owners.
