HIStory Teaser Costume Worn By Michael Jackson (1994)

Description:

One of two almost identical HIStory teaser costumes, worn by Michael Jackson during the distance shots during the 1994 shooting of the HIStory promotion teaser in Budapest, Hungary. Includes a black wool jacket with zip and Velcro front closures, silver studs, braided metal epaulets, silver tone metal badges at the shoulders, metal plates over the collar, a white fabric armband with the numbers 777 in black, and large metal bars across the jacket's front. The right arm of the jacket is shorter than the left one to let the white armband remain visible. Also included is a leather over elastic belt that is attached to a pair of black denim pants. The jacket was worn together with a pair of custom tailored black Levi 501 jeans with striped ribbon running along the outside seam of each leg.
