Description: Single page of lined notebook paper in pencil with the number "2" circled in the upper left corner and titled "T.S." at the top of the page (later re-titled "D.S."). Reads in part, "its just enough to drive/ a man insane/ he's using me to further his/ political campagne...he dealing dirty with the FBI he say just do it or die."
