I have some questions regarding this.

The cost of international shipping ($15) given for the blaster box -is it standard for all international addresses or does it differ from location to location?

The lose cards (with swatches) - if I buy 5 packs, will I definetely get clothing swatches or is it something not gauranteed?

Yes, the $15 is for airmail shipping to any country

No, of course there is no guarantee to what is inside these packs, as you see here. The only way to guarantee getting a memorabilia costume swatch is to buy a whole sealed case worth of the 24 pack "wax boxes" (which is 20 boxes), as Panini guarantees at least one per case. These memorabilia cards will be HIGHLY sought after and some will probably be worth as much as $150-200 each.
